Fiber optic access networks have been considered a definitive solution to the constant need for increasingly higher bandwidths. For this reason, PON (Passive Optical Network) grown enormously in recent years, offering different solutions end customer, whether it is residential or business. However, project complex and time-consuming process. This paper focused on tool design that, when combined with schematic of project, performs survey all equipment used projected cell. provides also attenuation calculations, as well techno-economic study network. Simulations were carried out test viability software, considering network analysis two cases: one service provider using providers sharing it.
